Facebook and MassChallenge are launching Facebook Accelerator: Connectivity for startups that improve internet connectivity through technologies, solutions, and new models that address the availability and affordability of internet access across the Americas. From cloud services to radio innovation and AI/ML optimized communications, we are looking for startups that will make an impact on the speed, coverage, or costs of connectivity.

The 12-week virtual program will give startups the opportunity to partner with Facebook Connectivity to help scale their businesses. Participants will gain industry-oriented training and workshops with access to industry experts, mentors, and potential strategic partners and investors.

How can I access the training?

Please register to receive the training by clicking 'Register Now'. You will only receive a link to access the content if you have registered for the training. This link is unique and cannot be shared. You will be sent an email containing a link to the training once it becomes available.

Who will we be hearing from during the Virtual Q&A?

We will have product experts who can speak to the tools and solutions that will be covered throughout the training. As you go through the training modules, you will have the opportunity to send in any questions for the Q&A.

When will the training be available?

This self-guided online training program will be available starting on May 12 at

12:00pm EST / 9:00am PST. To get the most out of this experience, we encourage you to take the training at your own pace from May 12 – May 26, prior to the Virtual Q&A.

How can I join the Virtual Q&A?

After you have completed the training, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to the video platform where the Q&A will be held.

I didn't finish the training yet, can I still join the Virtual Q&A?

We recommend completing the training before attending the Q&A to get the most out of it!

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access the Virtual Q&A?

All clients who registered for the Automotive Accelerate Digital Roadmap training will automatically be registered for the Virtual Q&A on May 27th. Throughout the training, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for the Q&A. We will be sending all registrants an email with a link to access the Virtual Q&A prior to the session.

Can I still register and access the training?

Of course! It is not too late to access our Automotive Accelerate Digital Roadmap training. Simply click the “Register Now” button and you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the training. We recommend completing the training before the Virtual Q&A to get the most out of it.

What if my question is not addressed during the Virtual Q&A?

The Virtual Q&A will focus on the most frequently asked questions submitted via the training in an effort to maximize our time together. However, your questions are important to us. Your submitted questions will be shared with your respective Facebook team to ensure they can follow-up directly.

Who will we hear from during the Virtual Q&A?

We will have product and creative shop experts who can speak to the tools and solutions that will be covered throughout the training. As you go through the training modules, you will have the opportunity to send in any questions for the Q&A.

If I think of a question during the Q&A, will I still be able to ask?

In an effort to maximize our time together, the Virtual Q&A will focus on the most frequently asked questions submitted via the training. We will not support question submission during the session, however, if additional questions arise, please be sure to reach out to your Facebook team who can further assist you following the Q&A.

Where can I share feedback about my digital training experience?

We’re so glad you asked! You will have the opportunity to share your feedback throughout the training, as well as through a survey that will be emailed out following the Virtual Q&A. We welcome and encourage all feedback as your contributions will help us to improve and evolve future trainings.

Startups will be evaluated by a panel of experts based upon the following criteria: extent to which their solution addresses a relevant problem in the connectivity sector, strength and innovation of the solution, market opportunity, team experience, track record, and how the startup plans to leverage the program. Startups must be in compliance with regulatory requirements that exist for their business or in their industry.
